My homegirl Rachel Kinsey ( of Crafted Outpost) and I have decided to put together a weeks worth of funky camp experience for da kids! The summer camp will be filled with movement, teamwork, laughter and arts- all set in a fun environment in the Cargo District.

We’ve woven together an innovative art based learning program that blends the connections between yoga, mindfulness activities, engaging games, and arts & crafts projects using many sustainable materials from nature.

Crafted Outpost Courtyard: The camp will begin with an hour of mindfulness activities to help children develop strength, flexibility and breath awareness. Weaving in meditation and breath work to increase focus, reduce stress and find their inner calm. Following that, the day will carry on with art activities in the Designworx building at the DO ART! studio.
